Software
Southwest General Services’ custom billing software, TRIMS (Transport Reimbursement Information Management System), was designed specifically for ambulance billing and collections with direct input from Paramedics, EMT’s, EMS billing experts, accountants and computer professionals. TRIMS is capable of accepting almost any type of external database file assuring our clients and prospective clients a seamless transition with no downtime or loss in collections.
ETechnical Capabilties and Procedures
To meet the data processing needs of our clients Southwest utilizes an IBM AS-400 computer system that provides unsurpassed expandability, data integrity and security coupled with unlimited reporting capabilities.
